Tabitha Kidman shares a first name with the faithful woman of the Scriptures whose good works and service to the poor were known throughout her community. The Scriptures account how Tabitha died and was raised to life once more by Saint Peter, the miracle of which brought about new disciples throughout the Joppa region.

Energized by the idea that a bold faith—one that highlights the beauty of following Christ, and the beauty of His love—continues to convert and inspire, centuries later, Tabitha founded House of Joppa in 2019 and serves as its lead designer and curator.

Offering a range of intentionally selected products for gift-giving and the home, look anywhere throughout the shop and you’ll find nothing but chic, gorgeously designed products that are wedding-perfect and suit a range of décor styles (So many soft colors. So many elegant curves in the art and saint statues. So much white; so much brass!).

With many offerings made by Catholic creators—including sculpture, art prints, candles, Rosaries, and jewelry—House of Joppa makes for an incredible one-stop shop for practically any milestone in the vocation to marriage: engagement, weddings, housewarmings, baby showers, the sacraments, and more.

From Tabitha:

We need daily reminders of the beauty and truth that we have in the Catholic Church. Whether that be by touching a Blessed Virgin necklace around your neck throughout the day, seeing a Saint statue on the ledge above your kitchen sink, or catching the delicate scent of a faith-inspired candle , all are touch points meant to bring us back to those things that matter most.
